Keep your fingers crossed for me

Update: So TrunkT sent me a form letter "No thank you." Nothing specific. After some additional research it appears I have to try, try, try again. As well as take out my OOAK burlb in my Etsy shop. TrunkT is mainly for Wholesale connections. So stating that you only make One of a Kinds is probably working against me. I can make more than one of an item. I just choose not too. If there was a demand for it. Then I would. So I will keep trying.



So today I submitted an application to TrunkT. I choose 3 of my favorite items. I do have a dark side (hehe) and a soft side. One thing remains consistent. Both sides are decidedly feminine and whimsical. I will post results when I know if I was accepted or not. If you have any questions about techniques or what materials I use, please let me know. I am always willing to share knowledge and tips.

Goodness Gracious Great Skulls of Fire (they only allowed so many characters so I had to shorten the name to "Great Skulls of Fire")


This necklace is made up repurposed pieces of two separate jewelry items. One was a clip on earring, the other was a dangle earring. I have no idea how I came up with the idea. I had a table full of components and I was fitting odds and bits together like puzzle pieces to see what worked. This was what came out of that brainstorming session. I am very tickled pink with what I managed to create. I was able to make two. The first one sold within a very short time of me listing it for sale on my Etsy site.








You Drive Me Batty Hoop Earrings


The earrings are made of Brass Fingings that I chemically treated to add a lovely green patina too. The wide wingspan allowed me to sculpt them into 2 1/4" rounds perfectly! I then sealed them with a satin finish so that the color would stay true. Now they clean up with just a little soap and water! ;).










Purple Arachnid Lariat

This necklace is made up of oxided sterling with sterling wire for the body and two lovely concord grape purple freshwater pearls for the head and thorax of the Spider. I have a few items in my Arachnid line, earrings, pendants, brooches, and rings. Some have sold some are waiting patiently to be uploaded to Etsy from my stock of "to be listed items".
